Miami put it to them very well...better than I expected.
It's just the first of sixteen.
see ya
LOL
You're kinda pathetic, really.
Indeed, but nothing like a total collapse to darken the mood. I'll be avoiding ESPN tomorrow.
Goodnight.
I bet some folks went to bed when Batch fumbled the ball away.
I avoid ESPN all the time after a tough loss. It can be painful.
That's the one downside of football. You have to live with a loss for an entire week.
But............ a real nice victory for the STILLERS!
Batch got better as the clock wore on. So did the D.
Pittsburgh could easily have lost that game.
Of course, THEY DID WIN. ;OD
They sucked it up and made the plays when they had to.
Get ready for ESPN to talk about nothing but Saban's slow challenge tomorrow.
Well that was a fun way to kickoff the season. Good night all.
As well they should. Saban was very indecisive and that may be the most important fact. for the future of the Fins. At any rate, the Stillers could not be expected to blow a second short yardage TD op.
peace out
I agree wholeheartedly--besides, if it had been challenged I would have lost the fantasy points for Miller. No complaints. A TE should not be able to burn the whole D like that. The Phins just didn't play hard for all 4 quarters.
I hear you, and that would be a shame.
1. Saban should have known he could have gone over and dropped the red flag in front of the ref.
2. Also..... what was Miami expecting..... the Steelers to cough it up on the one yard line again? The Steelers would have scored anyway.
I still can't believe they pulled it out. A big win.
Knock it off - both of you. This thread is not your personal sandbox.
But I guess calling someone an "asshole" is just peachy-keen.
Wow.
Actually, the term used was "drunken asshole."
That's permissable?
