I couldn't help but notice that Mr. Karr made it public that he had started the process for a Sex Change operation. Is Colorado one of those states that require finishing such proceduers while the subject is incarcerated?
Rather an unfortunate choice of words in that headline, I'd say. Perhaps a new headline writer would be in order.

Of course. Anyone burning a bulb brighter than 10 watts believes this case is disintegrating.
And it's about time.
I guess a couple of things stand out as this plays itself out.
If Karr is not guilty, and can easily be proven to not have been in Boulder on the 26th, why try to claim responsibility?
The other thing is, boy, it would sure be a boon to dvd sales for a certain documentarian if his name and films were bantied about in the press as much as they've been.
