A HAPPY HAPPY Friday Night!

I hope you all saw some BRISTOL pics from 99, 2000 and 2003 at this link....

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1688207/posts?page=93#93

I just love watching a Bristol race...non-stop action, lots of restarts and with all the rivalries going on now, could be some big FIREWORKS!

Here's hoping all of our favorite drivers have good runs and NO DNF!!

Race Lineup

Sharpie 500 | Bristol Motor Speedway

August 26, 2006 | Race 24 of 36
Overview

Once qualifying is over, the field is set by merging the highest ranked 35 teams in the owner standings with the fastest seven cars not in those 35 positions, in the order of their qualifying speeds. The 43rd position is reserved for a former champion, provided he is not already qualified and satisfies the rulebook's criteria. If unused by a former champion, it goes to the next fastest car in qualifying. The lone exception is the Daytona 500, which uses qualifying and two 150-mile races to determine the field.

Yes it's very bad, but he has to do well this week. He said the car is very loose which means fast in the race. I am confident. I think...:)

Just finished fixing Jacks dinner, he's on a special diet which is grilled chicken, carrots, brocolli, spinach and a few chopped apples.

Jeremy and Shana are up next on Trackside with his new Toyota car to be unveiled after the commercial?

Bristol Goodyear Tire Notes: This is the second time that Goodyear has brought this specific combination of left- and right-side tires to Bristol . . . in addition to running this tire set-up at Bristol earlier this season, Nextel Cup and Busch Series teams ran these tire codes at Las Vegas in March . . . unlike on other NASCAR ovals less than one mile in length -- where teams do not run inner liners in their tires -- teams are required to run liners in their two right-sides at Bristol . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire. Estimated Pit Window: Every 155-165 laps, based on fuel mileage.(Goodyear PR), see pressures, codes and more on my Bristol Race Info / Rundown Page.(8-25-2006) http://www.jayski.com/cupnews.htm

Estimated Pit Window: Every 155-165 laps - HA HA HA HA
