But he's a good kid.
As someone said before, "Where were you when the defecation hit the ventilation?"
Would she know Clement's architect brother-in-law?

"Jim Hardin was the DA who did this and he is now a Superior court judge."
Then this has to be brought to light and made as public as possible.
Anybody got a reference as to when Hardin prosecuted the black man for the rape (when a white was guilty)?
It seems to me that they let the white guy turn state's evidence just in order to give him immunity from prosecution--a clever move, but why? And if Nifong was Hardin's chief assistant. . .
This could get very interesting.
Apparently, in Durham "DNA" means "Does Not Acquit" or "Did Not Access".
He is dealing with 200 years of the privileged white man's suppression.
Judge Ron Stephens also served as DA.

During yesterday's hearing one of the defense attorneys cited Collins (sp?) v Hardin regarding in an argument against Nifong's filing. Did anyone catch it?
Try a shot of scotch! It will make more sense. ;)
LOL!
you go to differant forums, and quickly you find the "in" crowd trying to belittle any body else for even questioning some things....it happens on CTV, Riehl, Scared monkeys, etc.....and it happens HERE as well......one just gets used to it.....

McClatchy's Editors Blog turned 145 today
EXCERPT
Some comments suggest a possible link between the framing of the players and an attempt to protect people involved in prostitution in Durham. The information being offered to support that suggestion is impressive. It warrants investigation. But Sill and the N&O are hiding from it.
