Cell phone drivers are the most clueless, inconsiderate jerks on the road. It's amazing to see hordes of people leave the office, and the minute they're headed for the car... out comes the dopey-phone.
I turn mine OFF when I get in the car.

It's the clueless people who drive slow and tentative and confused that screw everything up.

I gotta say almost invariably when I see someone driving like they haven't got a clue, they are on a cell phone. Personally, I'm beginning to think cell phones cause brain damage. And maybe paranoia.....

There are entirely too many police manning speed traps and giving out tickets.
That's become their primary function where I live. Responding to actual crime scenes only cuts into their revenue collecting duties.
