Can you imagine being in charge of some community service project and having Little Miss Attitude show up? I'll bet you couldn't get a lick of work out of her all day. Maybe I should rethink that phrasing just a bit.
LOLOLOL!
Is that sort of like dialing for dollars?
Drugs, murder, robbery, never mind that - we have got to put an end to SWAGGERING!
Sort of. It is "trolling" for the same sex, if I am not mistaken.
Hey--I bet she could get all kinds of new clients from the other community service workers....Woo-Hoo! Maybe even make a little money while doing community service. Gives the term community service a whole new meaning!!
SUBJECT: FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 CITY OF DURHAM PRELIMINARY BUDGET
To receive citizens' comments concerning the FY 1999-2000 City of Durham Preliminary Budget. As this was the time and place set for the public hearing, anyone interested was given the opportunity to be heard. Mark Gottlieb, President of the Durham Police Officer's Association, asked the council to amend the city manager's proposed 2 percent salary adjustment so that police officers would get cost-of-living and hazardous pay increases over the next three years. Maxine Burns spoke in support of constructing a park on Cook Road. Helen Jones spoke in support of a park in the Forest View Heights - 13 - 13
They had a sting in Atlanta last week. It was hilarious. They were rounding up cross dressers peddling their wares on the streets. Some of those cross dressers make nice looking women. I look at them and think 'I want those legs.'
It took me a few minutes to figure out how they kept from getting killed when the john figured out they were men. I'm slow sometimes; it wasn't old fashioned sex with a ho. It was one of those crimes against nature things. A Lewinsky.
LOL ... I was just googling Mark Gottlieb.
Okay be honest...have you dreamed about this yet?
I have. (Should I laugh or cry?)

The National Labor Relations Board has turned down a request to review its regional office's earlier denial of a
petition by the Durham Police Officer's Association to be union representative of the Duke University Police
Department. The NLRB regional office in Winston-Salem ruled June 11 that federal law prohibits certification
of bargaining units that are composed of guards when an affiliated union has members other than guards. The
NLRB said the Durham Police Officer's Association is affiliated with the International Union of Police
Associations, which is a member of the AFL-CIO.
I wonder how well the late Police Chief Jackie W McNeil got along with Mark Gottlieb, President of the Durham Police Officer's Association.
I can't keep all these McNeil's straight. Are any related?
