There are no words to describe these lowlife, but this is just another reason to get tough on the border.

...apparently in the United States illegally ...What does it take for "the authorities" to recognize that someone is apparently here illegally? I wonder if this will be a topic of conversation at the White House and the Senate today.

I'm glad she was able to pull through AND identify her attackers. I really have no sympathy for scumbags like this. They just gave up their chance to live with the rest of the human race. They need to never interact with us again.
The fact that they're illegals makes it worse in my eyes. They should never have been here so the rape and assault would never have happened.
No doubt if we give them the death penalty, Mexico will want them back and will probably provide them with counsel.
We should hit Mexico hard, in their tourist industry and forbid travel to Mexico like we do to Cuba until they tow the line.

Some "judge" will throw out the confession... and this jerk will walk or worse. Time to get rid of every liberal judge in the country. We'll have to vote out dems for 50 years to do it, but it'll be worth it if even one of these monsters is put away for good.

He confessed to officers about the incident and told them of Hernandezs involvement, Which means that it will get thrown out by some pinko judge when the guy claims he asked for a lawyer and the ACLU steps in to protect his "rights."
After all, he's just came here to do jobs us lazy americanos won't do. /sarc

I sure hope Mr. Bush enjoys his outing in Graceland!
I wish he would spend some time thinking of getting rid of this problem! We don't need "guest workers"! We need to purge our welfare roles and get jobs filled by Americans. If they able, but don't want to work, send THEM to Mexico, too!

Here is Illinois we have a case of an 18 year old female student being beaten, strangled and left for dead in a heavy wooded area by a school teacher. The girl survived but she is severely handicapped now. (cannot walk on her own, cannot eat on her own, brain damage, etc).
The teacher is under house arrest pending his trial and to top it off the DA has drop several of the charges against him, like kidnapping since the teacher had a short term relationship with the girl. I believe he is under house arrest due to him telling the police where he left her. They found her some 36 hours after she came up missing and she was almost on her last breath. My guess is they were hot on the teachers trail after she came up missing and they got a confession out of him with him telling police where he left her body. Surprisingly she was still alive when they found her.

You cant print what I have to say about how mad I am, Tehuacana resident Harold Gates said. Ive got granddaughters, and if it happened to them, the case wouldnt go to court. I tell you what, it would mess my life up doing what I would have to do, but Id be all right with that.
My sentiments exactly.

This infuriates the he!! out of me!!! Being held on immigration charges means that they will be deported without trial back to their respective countries and will NOT be charged for the rape, assault and attempted murder of the young lady!!!!!
These pathetic pieces of crap need to serve VERY long sentences in a US prison BEFORE being deported.
