Either your ISP was hacked, or your proxy server was hacked, or your computer was hacked.
Check the URL address and see if you're being redirected. To a ping and traceroute on the address. Get the IP address cnn.com is being routed to, and do a whois on the IP.
Contact tech support if the problem persists. Use google to figure out what traceroute, whois, and ping are.
