She obviously doesn't subscribe to the old adage...

Better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

The Chicks remain as bright eyed, entertaining and approachable as when they first debuted on a Dallas street corner in 1989. As their repertoire and fan base have grown, so have their musicianship and ability to captivate audiences.

They have that hard-to-identify quality - call it magnetism or charisma - exuded by certain entertainers who genuinely enjoy what they are doing and tend to get others caught up in their enthusiasm.

Quite a contrast with how they have become. The way they act today, they don't seem to like who they are and they are blaming everybody else for their misery.
