Why does anyone think Texas gov Rick Perry has been pushing what appears to be an insane road to nowhere (The Trans-Texas Corridor)? Perry does not have the brains to conjure up such a thing. The TTC is part of a larger superhighway between Mexico and Canada and SPP is behind it.
