A few years ago in my wife's home town in southern Minnesota, a 13 year old girl was sexually assaulted and brutally murdered in a most heinous manner. The perpetrator, an illegal Mexican alien, was finally caught and convicted. However, due to concerns about his safety in the Stillwater, MN prison, he was transfered to a Texas prison to serve his sentence in a more Hispanic friendly environment. Note Minnesota has no death penalty.
Too bad he was transferred as in the Minnesota prison he most certainly would have found the justice he deserved ... justice the bleeding heart liberals in Minnesota are afraid to provide.
