He should claim that a black stripper sold him the drugs.

Oops. But perhaps this can be put off until next year. There's no need to push this ahead of pending cases.

Now they are just piling on. There will be a new charge soon in Durham: Driving While a Duke Lacrosse Player.

Durham's Donut Finest are keeping closer surveillance on Duke students (male) than they are on the whores and drug dealers who occupy that city's street corners.
A case of politically-correct justice run amok.

The arrest took place in Chapel Hill- a completely different county (Orange).

Idiot!
Too bad after repeated offers to roll on teammates he'll have to continue to explain that they didn't do anything.

The guy should be charged and prosecuted like everyone else.
He should have his license taken away or whatever the typical
treatment is for like violators.
The problem I have is 100 NCCU students will be caught with weed and alcohol and it'll never make it to the paper. Never.
If it did, the same people assailing the LAX team would say, I guess you were an angel when you were a 18 years old. This has been going on for centuries, etc, etc.
I don't want this guy driving and I want all the hoods from NCCU taken off the road too.

I remember when Bobby Hurley played for Duke he was busted for DUI and Jim Clark (Atty) got his charged reduced to a misdemeanor vehicle violation.

I thought about the pressure on him to roll on the others, but as someone said Chapel Hill is a different county.
