I remember her. She wanted all 46 locked up. Never mind the police had no idea who, if any, of the 46 were involved at that point. Never mind that some of the 46 were not even there. She wanted all locked up. And of course she'd be the first to call for a riot if three guys on the NCCU football team had been accused of something and every single one had been locked up.
"Let me know when Condi, Bill Cosby, A. Keyes ... have something to say. They are the people to lead you from the slavery mindset to freedom certainly not the dumbocraps or the black panthers etc.."
Were anybody to listen to them they would be. A higher percentage of the black community though would rather listen to a race pimp like Jesse blame all of their problems on someone else then confront the difficult truths someone like Cosby poses to them.
I always get a kick out of this crowd. Where do they get their little suits and wannabe para-military looking hats. I can just hear them now figuring out what they're going to wear to the big march. "Let's look like we have our own military. Let's get berets, with little metal things on them"
We've heard nothing about the boyfriend. BTW, if you listen carefully they talk about one semen source that matched. That does not rule out multiple sources. Maybe that is why they tested three of her friends.
If you remember the Kobe case, the identity of her boyfriends was all over the internet. Not so for this case. I wonder why?
HA! You're right.
Have you read their "demands?" Scary.
Here's a good scene. Ali G interviewing Malik Zulu Shabazz and acting all serious. Mailk has a beret on and Ali G has a beret on also. Ali G keeps adjusting his during the interview. The thing keeps moving around.
Malik is all angry (what else) ...I'd pay money to see that one.
Here's a good article.

I just now found some info that suggests the boyfriend's name is Oscar Compton from Hillsborough, NC.

Thanks, toldyou.
I had seen his name on the Chat threads. He sounds like one tough dude.
I should have said the mainstream media has been strangely silent. They say nothing about him, his occupation, his record. They don't even say if it is his telephone. Everyone wants to protect his privacy.
If you remember the Kobe case, people were falling all over themselves to examine the behavior of the 'victim' and various men. Information was leaking out everywhere.
What's the difference?
Interesting article. Thanks. Faculty comes off looking like the chumps they are.
"What's the difference?"
She wasn't black? My guess.
well, I am not sure that is really the issue.
the issue is - who would send their white male kid to school in a locale like this, where some insane prosecutor, backed by a majority of the local population, has a vendetta against them, and is silling to subvert the legal system to pursue it? If I had a kid at Duke right now, he'd be going someplace else next year.

Update: No tox report and incomplete SANE report according to the defense.
So black women are going to stop stripping at college parties?
I would hope kids would, at least for a while, stop tempting fate by paying for this.
You'd think.
What a fiasco!
Osborn cites a Newsweek article in which Nifong, "hinted that blood and urine tests of the accuser would reveal the presence of a date-rape drug" as the basis for his request.
Former prosecutor, Karl Knudsen say toxicology results can be back within hours and says it's strange that a test that would've been done two months ago isn't included in the evidence.
Knudson says we can't know from the motion whether a toxicology test was definitely conducted on the accuser, but he says the motion isn't good news for the district attorney's case. "Either way you look at it, either it didn't exist and it was irresponsible to even hint at it, or it does exists and it hasn't been closed, and it would seem to me that's as problematic too."
What the MSM "ommitted" from their non-stop blather from coast to coast:
---snips: Alcohol aside, this report's findings are a stunning vindication of the characters of a group of kids who have been smeared from coast to coast as racist, sexist, thuggish louts. Here are some conclusions of the committee -- chaired by James Coleman, a liberal, African-American law professor at Duke -- that the national media have largely ignored:
"None of the misconduct involved fighting, sexual assault or harassment, or racist slurs." There was no evidence "that the cohesiveness of this group is either racist or sexist." The "current as well as former African-American members of the team have been extremely positive about the support the team provided them." The lacrosse players' "behavior on trips is described as exemplary." They are "respectful of people who serve the team, including bus drivers, airline personnel, trainers, the equipment manager, the team manager, and the groundskeeper." They are polite, nondisruptive students who have "performed well academically."
By the way, notes the Coleman report, most come from "middle-class, suburban families," with a few "from both very wealthy and from working-class settings."
**** NO, no, the MSM made sure to trumpet the disgusting racist antics of Julius Chambers ad nauseum.
There was one black Durham minister that said he didn't want the Black Pampers (Black Pampers LOL! I love it. Thanks for whoever put that in here.) here and they weren't needed here when they first declared their intention to go to Durham. Hope he's still preaching and not sunk in the bottom of Falls Lake with his feet in a block of cement by the Black Pampers.

There Is No New Black Panther Party: An Open Letter From the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation
In response from numerous requests from individual's seeking information on the "New Black Panthers," the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation issues this public statement to correct the distorted record being made in the media by a small band of African Americans calling themselves the New Black Panthers. As guardian of the true history of the Black Panther Party, the Foundation, which includes former leading members of the Party, denounces this group's exploitation of the Party's name and history. Failing to find its own legitimacy in the black community, this band would graft the Party's name upon itself, which we condemn.
