Yale: When issue came up of accuser's cell phone, Nifong said at first he wasn't sure it was in police custody. Then he said police haven't looked at it yet. How can he not have examined the data in the phone when the timeline is so serious in this case? Ok, he isn't sure if the police have it but is sure they haven't looked at it. How does no for sure then? I think Nifong is full of it.

NC law REQUIRES that Nifong turn over ALL he has to the defense. Dragging his feet in investigating (or lying about it) is his sadistic method of letting the accused sway in the wind.
His laughing in court today tells me that he's enjoying himself.....which is despicable and proof (to me) of what a little person he is.
