By going around it. A week ago they were questioning the timestamp on the photos from the party to try to shift the timeframe of the rape.

Oh, the resolution is fine - it's obviously him. I'm assuming the prosecution will hire a Seligmann lookalike to be filmed by the exact same camera and show that to the jury just to undermine the evidence.
