There are only two men in Durham with any worries. She IDed them. If her ID fall apart nobody else will be charged. If the DNA matches someone not at the Lacrosse party, they won't be charged.

It is all on two Lacrosse players now. Any future IDs will be suspect. She can't claim oops I forgot which event I was raped at.

In any event, the AV phone records might end this case. As to the lack of alibi evidence shared by Finnerty's attorney, look at it this way, with Seligman filing and going public Finn gets the benefit and doesn't show his hand to a prosecutor an AV who are apparently making it up as they go. So if the AV and Inspector Closeau change the story to try and get Seligman, they don't know what Finn's alibi is. The defense has them betwixt and between. I like the strategy.

The woman mentioned that cell can dial by themselves. That might be true, but it is also true that cells bases knows where your cellphone was when it does. When someone calls your cellphone it will look in the last cell your cellphone was located.
