Didn't it say that Crystal after the first Payday complained and then reported them to Police or somebody. I know the N&O wanted to make it sympathic, but I think Crystal quit because she didn't get that first paycheck.

Yes, at a retirement home if I remember right. I wonder if the fear of having another charge added to her arrest record is what motivated her to cry rape? If she is a full-time student, she probably wants to get out of the escort business, but a recent arrest record would cut her off from most legitimate businesses.
I saw a former detective (AA) for the PD on TV yesterday. He says the Durham cops are ticked the DA rushed the indictments. Can anyone back me up on what program this was?

Someone saw that on Bill O'Reilly night before last.
It was some kind of elder care facility that refused to pay her until she submitted her record to them. She left in a huff.
If that's the case, what's going on? Who runs a police investigation? The chief or the DA? And if it's the chief, then the guy/lady needs to grow a spine.

BTW, Kim's picture and the story about her changing her story and trying to interest somebody in paying her for her story is on Fox right now.
I know the defense has her prior statements on tape. But was it a sworn deposition? That would make a big difference in a courtroom. If it's not sworn, in court she could say "I was lying then but I'm telling the truth now".

I saw Scarborough Country Last night or the night before--They were commenting how bad this DA is and how A$$ backward the investigation is--eg. search warrants after indictments. But no crazy feminazis on the panel ;-)

But, she's giving reasons why she changed her story. She says that after she saw how the Defense was trying to destroy Crystal, she thought, there has to be a reason why they are doing this, so something must have happened in there that night.
That's poor logic and doesn't leave her room to say.. I lied on purpose then and, Now, here's the truth.
