Good Morning! :-)
Hmph.

Well...the lats moved out and we got some new neighbors in that old rent house across the street...

They have a pit bull.

~sigh~

My property values just continue to skyrocket.
How long did it take for your bachelor buttons to go from seed to bloom?

My main squeeze planted some in the front flower bed, along with some red and white flowers...can't remember the names right off.
I didn't plant seeds...the ones by the side of the house were here - there are more plants in the front, too.

The ones in the back, I bought as a plant.

The ones that were here came up pretty quickly...a month or so?
Oh, thank you!

Yeah...usually if I come home and it's drizzling, he'll just be under the house...but this is a different thing entirely. Hope it doesn't wash seeds away.

*sigh*

Rainy days and Mondays always get me down, and today my watch band broke in two places when I went to put it on, and I have cramps, and it's the anniversary of Mom's death and I'm probably gonna be kinda down all day. Funsies.
Oh, and another item for the list...because I was headachy most of the day yesterday, I didn't get much tidying done. Grr.
Ahh....

Hmmm...he's hoping we'll have flowers by the Fourth (thus the colors). I'm doubtful...but who knows! I don't normally plant flowers...I figure if you can't eat it, why bother and besides, veggies have pretty flowers...heh!

But he did up the flower bed up front really nice and planted the seeds...I must admit, the bed looks tidy and it's the first time in years anything has even been done to it. Joshua played with his Hot Wheels in it sometimes.

It's kinda nice having Steve home!
Well don't forget 2 hours of Jack tonight, starting at 8:00! I'm planning to grill some burgers around 7ish.
Yeah...there's that! That's gonna be awesome...though how they're gonna have enough *time*, I don't see.
Well, it'd be a bummer to have a nice sunny day when you are all bummed out anyway. The rain fits. Cisco will be fine here, holler when you're about to go out, I'll come get him.
Currently, they're on Day 3, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Tony just took one in the neck, and they're not sure yet if he'll pull through!
Hey - that's a good deal!

How's thenewplace?
Currently, it's very messy... we've been so busy with theoldplace that we haven't had any time to organize thenewplace. Very little floorspace that isn't covered with some box or bag full of frap. Going to work on fixing that this week...
Is it 4:00 yet?
Just got back from a Starbucks run for the office. Mmmmm... Mocha Frappacino...
All three dogs are flaked out in various places around the living room. In fact, the cats are too. If I wasn't pretty sure I was still walking around, this room would look like a scene from the Apocalypse. Horses were fed breakfast inside but are now outside :~D
Afternoon! Home from work a bit early to spring the pups from their kennel. (Big'ol is on travel for the week) We had a great run in the backyard.
Did we honestly see just ONE picture of your visit?

I fixed the swimming pool. The hose from the pool to the filter pump got a hole in it. I bought a new plumbing-type hose and repaired it just like I did the hose from the pump to the pool last year.

The new hoses are so good they'll likely last longer than the pool.

I'm hot. The pipe from our AC condensation tray up in the attic began to leak where it connects pipe to tray. Made a big ol' stain in our ceiling 'fore I caught it. Steve went up in the attic last evening and dried it up best he could, then cauked around the connection. Hopefully that will take care of the problem. But the cauk has to remain dry for 24 hours, so we can't turn on the AC until this evening.

So I have the attic fan on and the window open. It's over 90 degree out there. The house feels like a wind tunnel in an oven.
LOL! Yup, but I don't own a camera so don't blame me. ;-)
However, I am ~not~ laughing about your broken A/C. That's awful!
I hope Steve's fix does the trick.
