The timeline alone shows the impossibility of her allegation of rape. The photo of her afterwards supports that impossibility.

I worked for an investment firm, the most uptight group of people you can possibly imagine. THEY hired a belly dancer, during work hours, to attend a party honoring someone's promotion. This was about 10 years ago; but the metrosexual work on our young men has been going on since then and now it's considered shameful, I guess, to admit to even having the desire for men to want to watch a woman strip.

Here she is wearing only her left shoe. The other pic is of her right shoe.

And the damage done to race relations in NC is tragic, no matter what.
<<
It is harsh to say but, with the increasing tide of Hispanics and, to a lesser degree Asian folks, into the country combined with ever increasing rates of abortion, race relations between black and white just won't matter at all in a few years. They chose their political alignments poorly and have pigeon-holed themselves into insignificance. Their numbers can't elect a democRAT president and most big cities are crumbling from within.

If the evidence that has been offered to you so far doesn't outrage you
now, you won't be when it is proven beyond a doubt that these boys did not rape this woman. You have already judged these boys as amoral because they hired a stripper for their party. You seem to want these boys to be guilty so you can be justified in your judgement of them. Just as I have on previous threads, I am willing to say publicly
NOW, I am outraged and I do not believe these boys raped this woman.
I don't care how old you are or what your family situation is like, but let me tell you, in reality life is not one tidy little perfect package as you seem to insinuate it should be. You need to take off those glasses that cloud your eyes with self righteousness and see how the world really is.

Didn't the News & Observer write that the poor woman couldn't afford to buy two shoes at one time?

The strippers have both been caught in multiple lies. So far, the young men haven't been caught in a single solitary lie. And this is what we do on FR - deconstruct articles and accusations.

and it might be a good idea to wait before declaring who is telling the truth and who is lying. Right. Let's just sit back and let the DA drag this out and ruin even more people.
Do you realize that if these defense attorneys had not spoken up, we'd only be hearing that these boys ARE rapists.

Murphy's Law clearly states that that would cause the toilet to back up so badly that a plumber would have to be called, who would turn out to be the DA's brother-in-law.
________________
Why would they need to cut up the shoe and flush it anyway! They most likely just tossed the damned hideous shoe in the trash.
Who in their right mind would expect them to return it the next day.
I do not think it would be evidence of something nefarious if the DA found out the one of the players threw away her shoe. What else were they suppose to do with it.
Now, if one of them kept the shoe back at their dorm and it was found...that could be seen as strange.

Yes, I'd be concerned if I were a defendant. I think at some point, Nifong has gone over the line and exposed himself to both criminal and civil penalties.
This search warrant, almost a month later, is beyond belief!
What did he hope to find?
Yes, sexual predators do keep mementos of their activities, but there's nothing to show these guys are anything like that. Maybe he was hoping for a roach or some other type of contraband in a desperate move to keep out of prison himself.

"Lots of men want nothing to do with strippers."
I'm not suggesting your wrong. "Lots" could be ten. I'm interested though in you think you would know that. (since you are either a woman or a cross-poster)
