That's just not true.
Oh, ok, thanks.
They don't like that ORAL charge. I think they wish they never said it..
Remember she says she was almost strangled to death.
The ORAL stuff .. brings up the question that she could've easily injured or hurt the perp. It's less common, if not unusual, with two adults and No weapon present.
I think she said 3 guys and thought of 3 different ways.
LOL - guess she just likes being around seamen. Sorry, old joke.
At the local trial court level, once a judge has prevailed in an election, they are virtually never challenged in a later election. If an attorney were to run and lose, he and his clients would get screwed at every opportunity by every judge on the bench. Not night, but it is the reality in many places.
Not sure if nc judges are elected.
lol!! Instead of a "die-in" protest, they could have a "tongueless" gathering? If they all started shrieking and yammering at once, they'd sound like a pack of seagulls or seals during mating season. All nattering something about "look out for the Whale!".
I'm not going to spell this correctly, but...
I heard last week that the second DNA test could be mitocondrial DNA on pubic hair samples.

Duke has been horrible in this affair, but the suspensions are ok. From what I've seen posted, it is policy at Duke (and probably most schools) to suspend a student that is charged with a felony.

But the many negative actions and statements BEFORE the indictments were handed down will be actionable if the guys are found innocent. Duke will be screwed but good, and rightfully so.
If she was with the pimp earlier in the night, for example if the pimp was the one who dropped her off at the party, then yes the police investigators probably have identified him.
I say this because on the O'Reilly show a detective who had been speaking with Durham police department sources suggested to O'Reilly that police had learned her whereabouts earlier in the evening.
When did she leave the car at her father's house saying she did not want to drive it for a while?
Just imagine what they do with other news that we don't follow as closely.
I know. And I screamed at the TV when I heard it! Actually, my TV got quite a tongue lashing tonight. Greta and her trained monkeys were horrible!
She's probably dead meat in more ways than one.
hmmmm...I'm thinking it was the next day? I really can't remember. Daddy has been less than reliable....
She left her car at her Pop's the day after - the day she was released from the hospital - and her Father said she told him - I don't want to drive it.
He said she then left with her boyfriend/Pimp and didn't return that day.
BINGO!!! We have a winner!
This stripper broad figured out a way to get plenty of money to raise her two kids... (Where the hell are their fathers?)... without having to bump and grind her way through life.
Too bad for her, the criminal case will fall apart due to lack of evidence; therefore her civil suit--which is sure to follow--will have a much weaker basis.
Wouldn't that require having the maternal DNA?
ROFL!
I think the testing (or most of it) was done to verify the first results. The SBI is capable of doing all the testing.
DA was not happy with the results, and I'm sure they ordered up different types of testing on the suspects they were targeting (with a dartboard maybe).
