There is no law requiring anybody to ever speak to the police about anything. Obstruction or hindering would come into play if they spoke to the police but lied about a material matter. There is no requirement to ever speak to the police except to present identification upon demand by a peace officer.
When he tried out in high school I guess he didn't make the team.
I don't think the LAX players found her sexy either ... hence the problem.

I agree! I attended more than my share of fraternity parties...some sports team fraternity parties....and it's all part of the college experience...at least in those days...hahaha!

The 20 yr old who attacked me at 9 was killed in prison.
The two who attacked me at 15 were released after serving minimal time. Last I heard (about 8 years ago), both were back in prison - one for murder, the other armed robbery.
My parents were glad that something was done. As I've grown older, I honestly don't feel justice was served. The second pairs trail of victims proves that.
I hear Ellis was raped when he was in college... he's still sore about it.
Does you as a prosecutor have absolute immunity from a malicious prosecution suit?
