If you must know, I am pretty sure it was what they'd call a "two girl show". Usually they simulate sex acts, and I would assume one girl was astride the other, simulating the "cowgirl position". If it's really X rated there may be "toys" involved that allow one to assume a full male role, including penetrating her partner.

Of course, the exact posture and purpose of the pose in question is entirely dependant on the "artistry" of the performers. This is all from my lurid imagination, you understand. I have no personal experience in the subject.
