Early Dial idol numbers show Ace way behind - BUT PARIS and Elliot are down there. Paris has gotten on my nerves a few times, but she does not deserve bottom 3, and niether does Elliot. Please burn the lines for the E-train, and throw Paris some love too.

1-866-IDOLS04 for E, 05 for Paris.

Is Ace's hair in a bun back there?

THIS IS RIDICULOUS !

It borders on criminal. I am so over Kellie. She absolutely butchered that song. IF she is not in the bottom 3 it will be a travesty.

Gherkin had a HUGE fan base...plus a bit of sympathy vote because she wasn't as good tonight as the past 2 weeks.

I am giving way more love to Elliot, but I really think paris nailed it tonight. I don't like her, but she does not deserve bottom 3 and especially doesn't deserve elimination.

I'm tellin' ya, Kellie ran defense and made people feel sorry for her by being the first to say how bad she was!! Not so stupid after all.

It wasn't quite a bun, but it was a super fruity pony tail.

Tradesports has the bottom 3 as
Ace - 52
Elliott - 23
Kelli - 14

Paris is in 4th with 9

For the record...Chris is still on top with TS.

Thank you. I'm biased, but at the risk of sounding conceited, she is even smarter than I was at her age (and more well rounded). I thought when we first visited St. Louis last year that she would not want to go there based on the dreary night we had when we arrived. However, everything about Wash U. seemed like a great fit for her. She is not like most other kids her age. She's very curious by nature, and likes to stretch her mind as much as she can. Art has been an outlet for her from her academic pursuits. Luckily she inherited an artsy gene from my grandfather, and has been trained. (I inherited it too, but have no training whatsoever).

There is a multicultural weekend going on there, and she was invited to come at Wash U's expense. How could she possibly say no?

When did your girls graduate?

Oooh... Douglas looks great in that shot. I forgot that he used to be rather handsome.

All in all, it was a pretty great night... Chris, Taylor, and Paris were my faves as usual.

I thought Kellie had a great start -- in fact I thought she proved she can sing, but then she lost confidence and the spiral went down.

Katharine was great, I don't know why I don't like her. Weird.

Elliott still bores me but, man! have they improved his looks from week one.

Good bye, Ace. Don't forget to get the Days Of our Lives' casting director's number on your way out the door.

Chris Daughtry is the next American Idol.
