When he got the evidence why didn't bauer use his phone to send it to someone? I posted that same thing on the 24 thread--as soon as Jack heard the tape he should've grabbed a computer and (however you do it) send an audio file to FR. Logan would have to resign a couple of hours later :)

Paris is solid #3 on Dial Idol. Notice that Elliott is in a good position in 4th as well and even ahead of Chris.

(Chris) Good, but dull! Yup. But, for what it's worth, the Queen guys seemed to like him more than any of the others, IMO. (I don't know how they got through the Ace session with a straight face :)

On the plus side, the VP doesn't appear to be the slimeball that I first thought :) But the show needs more good guys--Jack and Chloe can only do so much! That's why I hope Heller isn't rotten.
Me too....but I can see the conflict Audrey will have on who to believe.

I enjoyed the performances tonight, and the guys were all looking studly and the girls were all looking gorgeous.
My guess for bottom three: Ace, Elliott, Paris
Who will go home? I'm afraid it will be Elliott, not because he should but because Ace has the teenybopper fanbase (and probably the gay fanbase, too).

Dial Idol seems to have worked out there software and sampling issues to the point that last week they were dead on. The week before they were strong as well. This week it is looking like Bucky and Ace in the bottom 3 with either McPhee or Chris joining them.
