The FBI will definitely NOT be pleased. They had an empty FBI suit who huffed about how The Unit broke federal law and promised dire consequences. It seems the producers don't much care for the Feebs. But as for the boys in Kenya... not too bad. The IRA terrorist committed hara-kiri by throwing himself out of the plane at the end of the show.
