Oddly enough, they also liked fur.

Sorry. I believe that before Norman Jean Mortensen became Marilyn Monroe, she had darker hair than normal for a blonde, if you've seen pictures of her from the 1940's.

Precisely.

An unprovable hypothetical that even without reviewing I bet is loaded with PC crap and something to make uber-caucazoids look bad.

Thanks for the ping, BQ, but I've never seen so much B.S.! LOL!

Whatever happened to the melanin theory that skin color is darker near the equator for protection from the sun and gets lighter in the countries further from the equator?

http://medi-smart.com/skin-ca.htm

I think it must be Darks fault! LOL!

That's very true, particulary in view of the current state of events.

OH, OK, we're just kidding around! ROFL! Then this part is funny!

A study by the World Health Organisation found that natural blonds are likely to be extinct within 200 years because there are too few people carrying the blond gene. According to the WHO study, the last natural blond is likely to be born in Finland during 2202.

It's still Dark's fault. ;)

Interesting. As I research this more, I'm finding these cavegirls also didn't spend a lot of time worrying about what to wear to the hunt party.

"Natural selection is about what things work not what "choices" something makes. Polar bears are white because it works and brown polar bears did not survive as readily. "

The artic fox, the artic wolf, the artic hare, the polar bear all survived because they could blend into the snow. Is it any surprise that the northern regions of Europe have more natural platinum blondes or that they tend to be woman? What is surprising is that the same didn't occur in Eastern Siberia.
