"The Rolling Stones at halftime?
Who are they?"
To: Mr. Brightside
I'd think that the Steelers and Seahawks are embarrassed that so many people saw them play last night.

ABC also scored solid ratings for an episode of "Grey's Anatomy" following the game.
Not because of the show, but because everyone was wondering WTH a "Code Black" was....

Some old guys strutting around. I felt kind of sorry for them.

MASH and XL belong in the same ratings. They both stunk.

It reminded me of MASH in other ways as well...it seemed like it was many times longer then reality.

The trick play touchdown was worth watching.

You should do so good at sixty something. Those babes in the audience were born twenty five years AFTER "Satisfaction" hit number one. Around he time of Superbowl ONE. How much do you make for one ten miute show?

Not because of the show, but because everyone was wondering WTH a "Code Black" was.... Exactly.
Although I must admit, I liked seeing Katherine Heigl stripping.

Who was the sore loser two weeks ago that said this would be the lowest rated Super Bowl in history? Was it Mainman? I can't recall, but whoever deserves a "ping' or three.

I hadn't changed the channel as I was sitting @ the computer working on another infernal paper. I unmuted it to see what a "Code Black" was and a minute later is when she decided to "get it on" or off as the case may be.
I've always thought she was really hot ever since I saw her in Under Siege II: Dark Territory.

That's true. There were a handful of good plays. The wide receiver reverse option; Fast Willy Parker's breakthrough TD run, and...I'm sure there was another. I thought Randal-El could have been the MVP (TD pass, key first down on 3rd and long). Ward was also a good choice, but it was highly questionable as to who deserved it (no one had a consistently great game for Pittsburgh; for Seattle, Hasselbeck played well until that disastrous INT and the collapse at the end of both halves).

Acturally, the Code Black episode was the worst Grey's Anatomy ever aired. It's a wonderfully fresh and funny show usually but Code Black was all too serious. The writers should have sold that script to ER.

You should do so good at sixty something. Ya, but Mick either had to buy one of those exercise machines or pitch the sleeveless shits. That tricep flab is "unbecoming." ;~))

"The Academy Awards, jokingly called the Super Bowl for women, often comes in second; last year, 41.5 million people saw the Oscars." Anyone care to wager on this year's Oscar audience? LOL!
To: scheuber
"Those babes in the audience were born twenty five years AFTER "Satisfaction" hit number one." The NFL did a great job too. If they had allowed the original fans in there, we would have seen some Depends thrown on the stage, not a thong. ;~))
