Side Note:

Thank God for Tivo technology - Skipping the halftime stupidity is such a joy.

Rolling Stones for halftime? What do they have to do with football or even America? They aren't even American and spew hate about our President. Rolling Turds is what they are.

I thought the Burger King ad was horrible, then I saw the Hummer ad. Both stunk.

The one with the dancing burger ingredients.

When the bread lady came down, all I could say was, "Nice buns."

I hated the mating monsters in the Hummer ad.
I loved the "crime deterrent" cell phone.

I thought the FedEx ad was the best - most of the rest were awful (Pepsi), overdone (Burger King's Busby Berkeley on a Bun), pretentious (Cadillac) or boring (Hummer).

I thought the mortgage company that zapped the fly with the defibrillator while the family witnessed was hilarious.  Something to the effect 'don't judge too quickly.' Their other one with the airplane turbulence was also entertaining.  Outback was also disappointing, an opportunity lost.

The Bud commercial with the 'streaker' made the Miller Lite go up and out my nose - reminded me of a Brokeback film trailer...

Worst; Pepsi ads - all stunk, outright lame

Best; GoDaddy [ I think I'm in love ;-) ]

Funniest; FedEx Cavemen

Cutest; Bud - Clydesdale pony 'pulling' beer wagon

Worst: brown N bubbly; "Cut! Send in the stunt can!"
Most Tasteless: the mortgage company ads
Clever: the Budweiser stadium cards
Just plain funny: the Magic Fridge, the Sprint cell phone with "crime deterrant"

The Dove "self-esteem" ad, hands down.

I take slight exception to those who said the BK ads were the worst... I actually found humor in how far "over the top" they took it, and it reveled in its own badness.

Jessica Simpson in red boots advertising Pizza Hut's new Cheesy Bites Pizza. I don't know if girls and pizzas mix but Jessica still looks hot. :) I thought the commercial was awful but Jessica still looks as sultry as ever.
