Amen. I like a lot of their recordings, but what I heard at halftime was a cacophony of overtones. And those geazers in leather- yuck!
"Versatile wideout Antwaan Randle El, a quarterback in college, took a handoff from Parker, sprinted right and threw perfectly to Ward for a 43-yard TD with 9:04 remaining. It was the first Super Bowl touchdown pass by a receiver."
That was a great play.
I'm very glad the Steelers won, very glad they didn't beat Indy for nothing.
Thank God for the REF's.huh? Tainted win.too bad.
That throw to Hines Ward was ill-advised. How many times have you seen a cross field lollypop like that get picked? Lots.
Congratulations to the Steelers, you earned that win.
I've also seen many "ill-advised" plays turn out to be the game-winners.
True. That play was a back-breaker. Normally when you intentionally chuck one up like that you want to throw it to a tall, physical receiver and let him muscle the safety. Hines Ward is an exceptional wide-out who just flat-out "plays big."
