Anyone else thinking that the wrong guy is in the state house?
Oshiro found out in a conversation with the 4-year-old son of a friend and constituent that the state fish designation isn't official.
The revelation of the fish's non-official status came as a suprise to Rep. Oshiro, who originally began the conversation in order to get the 4-year-old's advice on supply-side economics and the impact of luxury taxes on consumption...
