Oh, goody!
My plan is to stand outside at sunset to watch where they come out. We will block the entrance and I will be happy once more.
Hi, Friend!
Post numbers (especially the 000s) are always something to be celebrated on the Undead Thread! It means we get to 10,000 faster, which means we can appropriate a new ZOT! Thread sooner.
(I really MUST put you in my ping list, Heart.)
Good plan. If you find you've had a colony in there, you'll want to give the attic a good cleaning after they leave, especially if the children are going up there. Bat guano can carry diseases and cause respiratory problems.
If we have a colony, in the attic proper, we'd have heard or smelled them by now as the attic runs the length of the house and is accessed at either end through sliding doors to the kids' rooms.
I'm worried that whatever bats we may still have are lodged in the space adjacent to the attic, which is above the side porch. That space is too small for either the hubby or I to get into.
If the above situation turns out to be the case, I'm for drywalling the area off, hoping that the bats evacuate, and then sealing off their entry/exit point.
We'll see. I'll keep you posted.
How are you and Vlad? Sleeping like babies, yet?
Let me know if you want on or off my Ping List!

Aw, go ahead and ping me..................see if I care!!
Good Morning. It is -12 below today!!!!
Hi, Steve!
Are you still in Phoenix? How was your flight?
ping, ping, ping, ping, ping, ping, cut and paste, ping, ping, ping, ping.
(don't ask me why. Life is just that way and I woke up at 2:30 so I am sleep deprived)
ERK! Twelve below is a little colder than I care to endure. Though I DID spend a winter in South Dakota, two in Chicago, and three in St. Louis...(I had so many warm things it wasn't funny!) I don't envy you the cold at ALL!
LOL!
That's what I did, actually...I alphabetized, which I should have done to begin with. At least now I know where to PUT everyone!
Of course, sionnsar has the master ping list for the UT, and KP has the RKBA list, but this is just my own private little endeavor.
Did you get any snow overnight?
pong PONG PONG PONG PONG PONG PONG
I bet you are wondering when you wandered into a WW2 Submarine movie?
Took the 7 am from Burbank to Phoenix. Had lunch with the sellers. Made the deal, and flew home on the 4 30. Weather in Phoenix was PERFECT!
Whoa! You couldn't ask for a better trip, then! I'm glad the winds had dissipated enough that your flight wasn't delayed.
How soon before you will be moving to the Valley?
Speaking of "pongs," "Hunt For Red October" was a really good Nintendo game...for it's time. (Wish my Nintendos worked...)
Red Storm Rising was a fun game for the 'puter back in the day. Never found another Sub games as easy to use again.
I'm going to have to look into repair places for my Nintendos...I used to be the Tetris Queen. I'd get into The Zone, and the sky was the limit. It was a FINE way to relax after a nasty day at work.
Howdy!
No snow until tomorrow!
piiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnngggg.....
