Schoolboy facing ban on bagpipes

My kid plays the drums once or twice a week and sometimes has a few friends over for a jam session.

They play in the garage and are loud. They are only allowed to play between the hours of noon and 7:00PM with total time 2 hours per session.

No complaints from the neighbors yet.

Or rigging a gas line to the drones and turning them into Bunsen burners.
