Has the punk learned anything, or can you expect him to play more games.

I've received two checks so far. I've not checked up on the boy though. Sucks. I hope the PO made him go to church like I said he should *LOL*

I thought about calling his PO to see what's become of him. I'm going to do that next week. You know the older kids get, the harder it is to educate them.

I didn't bookmark it :( It was a shock though. They had to be watching my house because as soon as my sister went inside, the car was gone.

This is almost the whole value of the vehicle.

It is quite a bit more than the value of that vehicle now. But far less than its value before the GFA.

It's a pretty fair outcome, which is why I was so damned surprised. LOL

Well, I'd wait with the trumpeting until the check clears. You have my best wishes on collecting it. Hopefully the judge would also issue you with a whip and order that brat to be harnessed as a rickshaw for transporting you around till the restitution is paid.

They had to be watching my house....

THAT is the dreadfully unnerving part.

Yeah I'm a little skeptical myself but at least I won in principle.

This sort of thing happend to my brother when he first moved to Phoenix in 1995. He had bought a brand new Chevy 1/2 pickup truck in 1989 and finally got it paid off through odd jobs and such.

Not a month went by when my brother moved to Phoenix in 1995, his pickup was stolen and completely totalled by a punk who had no regard for something as valuable as a pickup truck.

My brother ditched the pickup, got an old clunker of a car, and has managed not to get this car stolen.

Winning anything in court is a big deal. You can have all the evidence on your side in a case like this and still lose. I've seen it happen. Good for you, even if you don't get your money.

Okay back to housekeeping. I've not posted a self centered vanity in a while; Ithought some freeps would want to live vicariously through my court victory ;-)

Has the punk learned anything, or can you expect him to play more games.

Judging from the Mother of the Year candidate he has for a mom as described in the post, I'd expect more games, not to mention a bright future in Attica.
