It shouldn't break your heart. We make our own choices about what we put our bodies through...as such, WE have to deal with the rammifications of those decisions. It totally sucks, but it's so true. If she's being forced to get help, it may not work, but if she's making the decision to help herself, I think she'll be just fine.

Some very sick men, maybe, would find a skeleton attractive.
She was sooooo much more attractive with meat on her bones, as are most woman.
