I forgot about bridge and Careers - I also played double Parcheesi (put two boards together), Rack-O, and Square Mile

Good Morning. I may be coming down with a cold. If not a cold, my sinuses are certainly acting up.

I am going to sit down this morning and plot my week out. I'm going to start taking some decorations down so I don't have to do it all at once.

Not waiting until the Ephiphany?

Good Morning!

I can't wait. I go back on the road 2 weeks from today. And I just can't leave things hanging until the last momment. I will probably leave the mantle alone for awhile and then I need to restore order to the stable. There is just something wrong with having all the animals sheltered and the people outside looking in. (My little ones strongly believe in keeping the animals inside,,,,, thanks to the mechanized animal agriculture we practice here). The (almost) 4 y.o. boys insisted on 'getting those animals back inside where they belong'.

Good Morning Peach. It's unseasonable warm here. The **** is melting and the open spaces are a dirty brown color. Very depressing after all that beautiful white stuff.

Morning, IG. That's the downside of a good snow -- knowing it will get brown and slushy. It's very windy here this morning, but sunny at least.

It's time for me to get my butt in gear and get my day started. I'll check back in when I stop to rest.

How true!

Years ago my son (who was 5 at the time.) decided to add Yoda (Star Wars character) to the Manger scene.

He's been there ever since, although in the background.

I hope you feel better, IG. There's supposed to be a new nose spray for sinus that works very well too with Capcaciun (sp) but darned if I can find it.

LOL! Too funny!

Good morning everybody. We had a very nice Christmas with candlelight service on Christmas Eve, church yesterday, a holiday dinner that I didnt' have to cook and visiting with friends while relaxing in the sun. Daughter got a kick out of the dolphin-hula girl that bobbles back and forth...I knew she would.

Just saw it's to be in the high 80's in a couple of days.

Highs in the 40's in Iowa today. The **** has almost entirely melted except where it's in piles from being removed from the driveway. It's a brown, ugly mess.

Brown and in the 40's is much better than white and 5 below.

Enjoy the warmth pb.

Good morning, Peach! Yes, indeed, 2:40. One of the things I DON'T like about getting older is insomnia. However, I was lucky today and was able to get back to sleep.

I hope your Christmas was a good one, and I would like to apologize for being so hard on you on other threads.

My New Year's resolution is to not be so strident in my disagreements, and I hope you will forgive me.

Good morning. 0240 hrs. wow. Good you got back to sleep.

Time for me to get moving. I have eaten so much in the last two days that I need a hand truck to back me away from the table.

My New Year's resolution is to not be so strident in my disagreements, and I hope you will forgive me.

I would forgive you except that we never seem to disagree. ;^)
