Oh yeah. THIS is a good idea! Mess with something as innate as our reproductive biology. I'm sure there won't be any unforeseen consequences of THAT! ........... The hubris of Man continues to amaze me.

If I remember correctly, menstruation is one of the last things to happen in puberty.

The timeline of these physical developments varies significantly from individual to individual.

My wife says she had menses from age 13, but didn't develop a figure (i.e. go from an unnoticeable sub-A-cup to a C cup in 6 months) until she was 16.
