That's terrible. I'm so sorry for all involved. This Christmas, we refuse to let all the crap get us down. We don't have room for a Christmas tree, so we're getting a live one that will sit on the table.
Hang up your lights, buy a tree, stock up on eggnog, and yell, "Merry Effn' Christmas"! Volunteer for charity, and feel good about yourself :-)
Seriously, I hope things work out for your family.

-----It's not Freedom of Speech when you are just plain and simple being an arsehole. If he really felt that way about Christmas then just don't celebrate it. You don't have to be obnoxious to get your point across. If nothing else, think of the children who might see it and be traumatized.

Residents called police and complained to the city that a house in Miami Beach had a life-sized, blindfolded Santa Claus doll hanging from a tree with its hands tied. Santa's into S & M.
