Thrilled for you - of course.
I just wish it was a manly man you met at the hardware store.
Warmest thoughts....

LOL!
If there was a man in my life,
I would vanish from here.
THAT would be the way to know.

That reminds me of what happened with Salman Rushdie.
No one heard of him or his book until the Islam-o-nuts called their fatwah (sp?) on him.
What a bunch of... off to meeting...
I'll FReep during the slow parts...

Either bert was just being a troublemaker, or he is a shunned-by-women pissed off short-of-stature basement dweller.
I'll never know. And I don't care. Because I am probably taller than him when I am barefoot!

Hubby and I are the exact same height. So when I put on my heels, he cannot compete.
Despite the fact that I am tall, I have always worn heels, which then put me well over 6'. But I am not gonna stop for any man!

I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give up my heels. NEVER.
When I'm old, crippled, with a walker...I will be in 3 1/2 inch stilittos.

Oh, I like those, I want a pair! But they would be brutal on snowy, icy streets.

This may come as a shock but I, cyborg, love heels. Not the ankle breaker stilletos but a nice heel make a woman feel sexy imho.I, too, am fond of a heel. No stilettos for me, either. A pinched nerve has curtailed my use of higher heels. The kitten heel is one of my favorites, glad to see it back.
