I finally found Clark, Tx last night. It is just north of Justin on FM 156. It's history might be less than 10 years.

I have been to Intercourse, PA many times as it is close to where we live (near Reading). Kettle Kitchen Village in Intercourse is a neat place. Lots of Amish too.
