if I am spreading anything on

Vegemite is some naaaasty stuff. I had a foreign exchange kid from Australia live with my family when I was a sophomore in HS. She had some of that garbage shipped over in a care package.

It smells like ground up vitamins, really stinky, and tastes worse.
