I plead total ignorance of "whether agonist-selective receptor conformations occur with respect to M2 and M4 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor signalling via Gi/o and Gs proteins", but will try harder from now on.
Melatonin is awesome. But don't take it if you're trying to get pregnant.
Since I am retired, I have the luxury of sleeping when I want to. It is never at the same time. What's nice is that I go sleep almost as soon as my head hits the pillow. So nice, after years of trying to go to sleep, worrying, because I had to get up for work in a few hours.
Yeah... but I don't lose any sleep over it as long as they don't make me pay for their "sleep aids".
