That reminds me of a friend whos liberal wife took the toy guns away from thier sons only to find them shooting at cows with sticks 10 minute later.

She should have sent him to the principals office, and then his parents called and let his father tan his hide with a belt.
I had a teacher that would stab you with a sharpened pencil and draw blood for such an offense as talking in class.
Civility must be maintained in the clssroom, but I doubt that this little twerp sitting his cardboard cell contributed to civility.
All the other kids were probably snickering and tossing spit balls over the top of it, he should have been removed from the class ASAP.
Would you be happier if she pulled out a saturday night special and given the little bastard two in the hat?

I think the teacher should be named, "Teacher of the Year"! What a great idea to stop a student from disrupting the class. Mommy needs a time out and a pill.
