Woo-hoo!
Good for you! I bet you're anxious for both!
Ours usually isn't busy. Must just be because it's Saturday.
Probably. Some of them are busier on Saturday than any other day. I guess they'll all be starting their Holiday Hours, soon. Which always means LONG lines and evil tempers.
Well, it's better than sitting around!
It kills all kinds of little germies and gives your immune system an easier go at things.
I was hoping we had a sarcasm generator to confound our enimies and improve morale.
See what I miss when I go to sleep! You are way ahead of the power curve!
Our sarcasm is self-generating. Morale is good, but we confuse our friends as well as our enemies :-).
LOL!
That's because of my sister, redhead. She keeps me up-to-date on all things that affect my body!
I think everyone on this sthread has the same sarcams gene. We all seem to wield it effectively and we all can recognized good sarcasm when it presents itself.
I have been on two threads recently where bad sarcasm was employed and no one got it and even one almost wound up in the Smokey Back Room. Real hair pulling, eye gouging threads!
I have to agree with you though. Employment of a weapon of such magnitude may very well spell the end of us all.
Confuse AND confound!
What really funny is when new people decide to take Lazamataz or billorites' posts at face value. You can almost hear the synapses short-circuiting.
Hoover in the trashbin~Bump!
I have given some thought to the transporter (à la Star Trek.)
Picture an individual standing somewhere, and a powerful bolt of lightning comes along to completely vaporize the person, right down to his constituent atoms.
Now run the scene in reverse, a whirlwind of bits of smoke and steam coalesce in a flash of light to instantly form a breathing, blinking human being. Simple, eh?
A couple of issues. This level of atomic assembly or disassembly sounds painful, (Review above.)
Secondly, how does one go about storing and retrieving the patterning that makes it possible? This too is a technical challenge of immense proportions.
Other than that, it's a piece of cake.
(By the way, I have some chores to attend again; I'll be back in a bit.)
I have heard not a peep from the team leading up the "reconstitution" phase of the project..........
Hey thats awesome! Strong emotions in there!
Im sorry to say that my lack of patience with stupid people would have probably got that guy decked right in the check out line. Im glad it turned out.
LOL!
walp...
sitrep: I've been sanding since 630am, mix of hand-sanding and using a ryobi orbital sander... minor break to go clean one of Doc's shotguns... another minor break for lunch (pizza)... all bow parts are now ready for assembly... bending fixture is prepped... 12 ratchet-straps readied... wedges handy... 4 units of Locktite 2part 60-minute epoxy waiting to be used...
I *think* I have thought of everything...
FINAL ASSEMBLY BEGINS NOW.
wish me luck.
