Yes. It's just long enough after winter solstice that one can tell the sun isn't going to keep retreating to the south.

I would be willing to worship a God that made each day 12 hours light, 12 hours dark, at a constant 78 degrees. But I guess that is why we have electric lights, curtains, heating and air conditioning..... all in all, I guess I have no complaints.

While exploring a conservation department owned cave just outside Springfield, Mo., we used a "one time use" camera to take some photos. After having a local one hour photo develop the pics, in a photo with my nephew, I noticed the strange green "energy" in the background moving towards a hanging formation. The object was not seen when the photo was taken, and there were no other issues with the rest of the roll of film. Would like to see if anyone has any information on what this might be.
