Judgement can be spelled with one or two "e's." Judgment is preferred in legal writing, whereas the other is more common in literature.

I'd say it's "getting cooler." I wouldn't say it has cooled off. It sure wasn't anything close to cool at the Ole Miss/Alabama game in Ox-patch yesterday. It was at least 90 between noon and 230pm. I know this much: It was way too hot to be mid-October.

You seem to be arguing that most Republican Senators would prefer an unknown and possibly liberal SCOTUS nominee to a known conservative originalist nominee. If that were the case, and I refuse to believe that, we are worse off than anyone heretofore could have imagined. It doesn't take "most". It only takes 6. And there are more than 6 of them.
And no, I don't like it one bit. But the facts are: We have a Republican majority, but NOT a conservative majority.

You are very welcome.
"Gorgeous autumn day here in Upper Dixie."
It was in Lower Dixie, too!
Sunday morning was more like Easter, than fall.
It was absolutely gorgeous!
"and folks are washing the helloutof their cars ....thank goodness"
That is wonderful news!
I hope business picks up even faster than it fell off. ;o)
