Even though Jack Nickolson(spelling?) did a great job in 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' McMurphy was a 6' 5" red-head. It took a good portion of the movie to accept Jack.

Oh, wait. He played a perpetually lost repeat offender in that role. That would explain a lot...
