I saw that too, but his recent postings don't indicate that, and we're sans Opus to date.

The festering racism was a last straw. I can only believe he's gone permanently, though there was no opus to let us know for sure.

He's just tired, I believe. It's been a rather wrenching time since Katrina.

Most people were having fun (the intent of the thread), but many were using ghetto/jive speak to represent Nagin. Do you think that is appropriate? Or would make a black person feel welcome here?

Well I've not been in too many hurricane threads or anything else political so I don't know who's doing the knuckledragging. I did see one person making a reference to liberal freepers getting posts pulled but I bypassed. I'm letting folks say what they want. They usually use up all their rope eventually and go bye-bye.
