Model 37 is good but the Mossberg has much lower acquisition cost. I personally have a Smith&Wesson Model 3000. No longer in production but the best pump shotgun I've ever used.

Something to think about with these bad-boy combat and pistol-grip shotguns is that if you ever have cause to use one, and you're being harangued by some overzealous, anti-home-defense prosecutor, that's the gun they'll be showing in a courtroom.
Exactly. That's why I stick with the classic Win Model 12. It also wouldn't hurt to take a couple of pictures of you and your son/daughter/buddy after a hunting trip, said shotgun in hand, orange vests, big smiles, and a brace of rabbits. That could prove useful in court, too.
