We hashad Carpenter beat if Reitsma didn't blow it with that walk-off grand slam.
Carpenter does not scare me.
The GRAND SLAM was by Eckstein (his 5th for christsakes). Nice save. The score was 2-1 when Carp left. You really whipped up on him. His ERA against the Braves is 2. Smoltz against the Cards is somewhere around 9.
State your case, make all of the predictions you want. In the end, the players on the field are the ones who determine the outcome. What the fans want or wish to happen never effects the outcome.
