Too bad we can't invest in the liberal hot air that will occur in three days, complaining that Bush hasn't done enough.

Sure. Put me on your ping list.
I'm in the market full time.
I'm currently riding the tar sands bull with UTS-T; got an Oklahoma gas play in SCV-V; Chinese financial management firm SMS-V; developing gold-miner BZA-T; and a few others.
Always happy to talk Canadian stocks. ;^)

Count me in. Don't know how much I'll be able to contribute, but like to keep current.
Am still holding vice stocks: LLL, BA, LMT, UTX, MO, FO, HET
Thanks.

Balrog wants to start a "Capitalist Pig" investment ping list. Money is the root of all evil. Matching Balrog with this project makes perfect sense. |

For the market, you'll need a ping-pong list. You can add me to the list.

Up to lately had a bunch of Titan but just got involuntarily cashed out. (They sold themselves.)

"Money is the root of all evil."
Actually, the correct quote is "LOVE OF money is the root of all evil."
There is a distinction.

What is money? Not sure, but storing it should be a problem. Rockefeller had to move to a bigger house with a circular driveway so the carts of money bags wouldn't have to struggle to get by each other and back up to get out. Horses are okay as we are probably going to find out in the years ahead, but they don't back up well.

Not sure, I suppose "money" is all things material in context of the Bible. Here is the correct to my correction:
"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
Good advice, really --- while being or getting rich is fine, such is not what life is about.

Ah, MeanWestTexan got you, PH. Perhaps you might ask the admin mod to change your post:
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (1Ti 6:10)
Balrog, please count me in on your "Capitalist Pig" investment ping list. Effete snobs like me need money too.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a capitalist pig, too, and would love to be included.
Merely a comment that balance in life is key.
